How to print the Online Calendar from your browser

Printing Online Calendars with Chrome

  • Go to the calendar section and set up a calendar, or open the calendar you have already created.
  • Click on the printer icon in the top-right corner of the screen or on the link “Printer-friendly calendar“ underneath the calendar.
  • Use the Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons to change the size of the print-out, e.g. to fit the calendar on one page
  • Click on Print next to the zoom buttons; or click on the rectangular icon with three horizontal grey lines in the top right hand corner, and select Print; or simultaneously press the Ctrl and P keys (Windows) or the Command and P keys (Mac) respectively. A dialog box and print preview will open.
  • Check if the print preview looks OK. If you wish to change the size, click the Cancel button in the top-left corner and use the zoom buttons again to adjust the size.
  • If you are happy with the print preview, make your selections in the left pane (e.g. select the printer, specify the number or copies, and define the page orientation), then click on the Print button in the top-left corner.

  • Pressing CTRL and P keys will open a box with two tabs: General and Options.
  • Under the General option, select your printer.
  • Click on Preferences to select paper size, page orientation, and other options your printer may offer.
  • Click on Find Printer to find a printer that is available to you.
  • Under Page Range, select the pages you want to print.

  • Click on the File menu in Firefox.
  • Click on Print Preview in the dropdown menu.
  • Make sure you have everything you need in the calendar on the page(s) to be printed.
  • Click on Page Setup tab at the top of the Print Preview page to change the format of the calendar. Note that the Page Setup tab is also found under the File dropdown menu.
  • You can select margins, as well as headers and footers for your calendar in the Margins & Header/Footer tab.
  • Click on the Print button on the top left corner of the Print Preview page if you are ready to print the calendar.

  • Click on the File menu.
  • Select Print.
  • You can also go to File, choose Page Setup, and select the options you want to use, and then click OK.
  • To print the background image or to print information about the webpage in headers and footers, choose Safari from the Copies & Pages pop-up menu.
  • You can also create a PDF of the webpage using the Print dialog.

  • Click on the File menu.
  • Select Print.
  • You can also select Print Options to check paper and orientation options, as well as Print Preview to preview the document you intend to print. A dialog box will appear with the following options:

    • Select Printer (printer you want to select).
    • Preferences.
    • Page Range (eg. number of pages).
    • Number of copies.

You can select any of these options before clicking on Print in the dialog box.
