Hello, my name is Steffen Thorsen, 30 years old, and I am the main creator and only owner of this website. I live in Stavanger, Norway.

This site is operated by "Time and Date AS" which is a Norwegian, private company.
Email to webmaster@timeanddate.com is my preferred way of communication.
My intentions with this site
I want this to be a free, informational, continuously updated and correct service available all over the world. Over the years, timeanddate.com has gone from a hobby project to my primary occupation, enhancing, developing new services,
answering mail, but it is not my only job. The project originally started in 1995, with the World Clock, Calendar and countdown to year 2000 on my old Unix account where I studied. In 1998 and 1999 the services were gradually moved to the timeanddate.com domain, and the services on the old account has been discontinued since 1999.
