Paid subscriptions on timeanddate.com give access to features and perks which are not available to non-paying visitors to the website. Below are some frequently asked questions about our subscriptions.

What does the Supporter subscription include?

Supporters on timeanddate.com get certain perks:

  • We remove all ads throughout the website. The content downloads faster, and you avoid the distractions of the ads.
  • You get access to the Multi-Month template in our PDF Calendar.
  • You get the ability to remove the timeanddate.com logo from all templates of the printable calendar PDF.
  • Supporters get more precise Sun and Moon information for any location, with rise and set times down to the second.

Can I download data from timeanddate.com?

Yes, you can download data for a fee. However, this is part of our API services and is a different service than our paid subscriptions.

Features for Subscribers

How do I add my company logo to the Calendar?

You have to have the paid subscription Calendar PDF with Logo and be signed in to activate this service.

  1. Check the option called “Add your own logo.”
  2. Drag and drop an image of your company logo to the space where it says “Select / Drop Logo Here.” Alternatively, click once on the same space to open the folder where you store your logo image files and select the file you want to use.
  3. Supported image formats are PNG or JPG. We recommend that the file dimensions are larger than 1280px × 720px. The maximum supported resolution is: 2048px × 2048px. The resolution should be at least 300ppi.

How do I access the Multi-Month template?

The Multi-Month template is available to our paid subscribers only. To access it, log in and choose a subscription plan.

Can I remove the ads from the apps too?

Becoming a Supporter on timeanddate.com removes the ads throughout the website, not the apps. However, most of our apps can be upgraded to be ad-free.

Can my company sell the calendars we create with our logo?

No, the calendars created via this service can be used for non-commercial purposes only. You may publish the PDF calendars on your company website or intranet, share them as e-mail attachments, free printed hand-outs, etc. Please see our Terms and conditions.

Subscription & Account Admin

Why do I need to sign in to my account?

You need to be signed in with timeanddate.com to be able to purchase and access our subscriptions.

How do I change my subscription plan?

You can change between a quarterly and yearly subscription at any time on the subscriptions overview page.

Your current subscription plan will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. For example, if you are on a quarterly subscription and you are changing to a yearly subscription, the change will become active, and the annual fee charged, at the end of the current 3-month period.

You can change the subscription plan at any time, also multiple times, during the subscription period. This will only have an effect at the end of the period, when the plan you requested last will become active.

Once you have made a change to your subscription plan, the word pending will appear next to your subscription until the change becomes active.

What does pending mean?

The word pending will appear next to your subscription when you already are a Supporter, but you have changed to a different subscription plan yet to be in effect. It will automatically start on to the end date of your current subscription plan.

You can cancel a pending subscription. Doing this will let you continue on your current subscription plan.

Why do you want my address?

Adding your address is optional, but you may need it for accounting purposes. We value your privacy.

Where can I find my receipt?

You can find your receipt by clicking the View link on the Orders page in your account. It will take you to an overview of your order where you can also download your receipt.

Click Download receipt to get a PDF of your receipt to save for your records.

Where can I find my previous orders?

Previous orders are found on the Orders page in your account. You need to be signed in to view the page.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscriptions on your subscriptions page by clicking the Cancel subscriptions link. The subscription will continue until it expires and can be resumed whenever you like. Any pending subscriptions will be canceled as well.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any point during your subscription period. We will send an email to your registered address, and you will have to confirm that you want to delete your account. Please note that you will lose all your settings and subscription perks even if you still have some time left until your subscription runs out.

Receipts, Credit Cards & Payment History

Which payment methods and credit cards do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and Maestro UK.

How do I change my payment method?

The payment method is changed on the Subscriptions page. At the bottom of the page, your payment method is displayed. Click the Change link to change it.

How is my credit card information stored?

Your credit card information is securely stored with our payment provider Braintree.

How can I find my payment on my bank statement?

How your payment is shown on your bank statement depends on which bank you use. It will be marked with “timeanddate.com” and your subscription type.

Can I get a tax deduction for contributing to timeanddate.com?

Your support of timeanddate.com does not constitute a charitable donation, as such your contribution is not eligible for a tax deduction.

What is your refund policy?

When you subscribe to a paid service on timeanddate.com, you pay in advance for the subscription period indicated in the service description.
