Eucla Time Zone
Eucla, a small town in in Western Australia, use Australian Central Western Standard Time (ACWST) with a UTC+08:45 offset. The small town is about 11 kilometers (almost 7 miles) from the South Australia border, the first town you get to by car on the Nullabor Plain. ACWST is used by only a few hundred people in Eucla and a small strip of land surrounding it.
ACWST is a standard time with a 45-minute offset instead of the usual one-hour offset from UTC. Eucla, and its surrounding areas, don't use Daylight Saving Time (DST).
