Russia Changes Time Zone in Magadan
Russia will change the time zone in Magadan Oblast. Clocks there will be turned forward 1 hour from 02:00 (2 am) to 03:00 (3 am) local time on April 24, 2016.
On April 5, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the federal law authorizing the change. It will affect Magadan Oblast in eastern Russia, including the city Evensk and the Oblast's administrative center Magadan.

The UTC offset in Magadan Oblast will go from UTC+10 to UTC+11, giving it the same time as the Russian cities Srednekolymsk and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk.
