How to Enable Cookies in Chrome

Follow the steps below to enable the cookies needed for personalization of timeanddate.com:

Chrome versions 23 and newer
Chrome versions 10 - 22
Chrome versions 3 - 9

Chrome Versions 23 and Newer

  1. Click the icon depicting three horizontal lines in the top-right corner:

  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings... at the bottom of the page.

  4. In the section entitled "Privacy" click the button Content settings...

  5. You now have two options:

  6. Automatic cookie handling (recommended)

    1. In the section entitled "Cookies" select the option Allow local data to be set.

    Add exceptions manually

    1. Click the button Manage exceptions...
    2. In the column entitled "Hostname pattern" type timeanddate.com into the text box.
    3. In the column entitled "Behavior" select "Allow".
    4. Click Done.
    5. Click Done.

  1. Click the "Spanner" icon in the top right of the browser window:

  2. Click Options...
  3. On the left side of the browser window click "Under the Hood".
  4. In the section entitled "Privacy" click the button "Content settings..." Illustration image

  5. You now have two options:

    1. In the section entitled "Cookies" click the button "Block sites from setting any data."
    2. Click the button "Manage exceptions..."
    3. In the column entitled "Pattern" type timeanddate.com into the text box.
    4. In the column entitled "Action" click the button "Allow."

  1. Click the "Spanner" icon in the top right of the browser window:

  3. Change to the "Under the Hood" tab.
  4. Scroll down until you see "Cookie settings."
  5. Set this to "Allow all cookies":
